At MIYOKO, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

Refunds

* Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
* Products that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for a refund.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

* Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
* Products that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for exchange.
* Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

Gold-Plated & Platinum Products

* Gold-plated and platinum products require proper care and maintenance.
* Gold-plated and platinum products that have rusted, tarnished, corroded, discolored, or deteriorated due to wear, exposure to chemicals, moisture, perfumes, cosmetics, sweat, improper storage, or misuse are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
* Natural wear and tear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:

* Products that have been used or worn.
* Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
* Gold-plated or platinum products showing signs of rust, tarnish, corrosion, discoloration, or deterioration caused by use or environmental exposure.
* Customized, personalized, or special-order items.

Inspection & Approval

All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. MIYOKO reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

This version is stronger legally because it covers not only rust but also tarnishing, discoloration, perfumes, water exposure, and normal wear of gold-plated jewelry.
